As a player, I’m not picky about flashy gear—but I do care about comfort, protection, and durability. These Champro Safety Practice Pants check all the boxes for what I need during tough practices. What I Like: Built-in Pads – These pants come fully padded, so I don’t have to waste time inserting or adjusting pads. They cover the essentials—hips, thighs, knees, and tailbone—and they stay in place during drills. Tough Material – The fabric holds up through contact, turf, and washing machines. I’ve been sliding, tackling, and pushing sleds, and they still look and feel solid. Good Fit – The built-in belt makes it easy to adjust, and once they’re on, they don’t slide or sag. They feel secure but still let me move freely. What to Know: They’re true to size for me, but if you’re in between sizes or wear compression gear underneath, maybe size up. These are practice pants—not the most breathable, but they’re built for durability, not fashion. They’re meant to take hits, and they do. Bottom Line: These are no-nonsense, all-purpose football practice pants. The sizing is messed up. It did not say youth pants. I ordered a 2x and 3x to see which one fit my 250lb high schooler. The 2x is youth, and the 3x is for an extremely large adult. Doesn’t make any sense
