Very disappointed. Came without a case. Had to spend a lot of time getting one. Opened Christmas Day and could not use it because the electric air pump could not be plugged in to a standard outlet. No adapter included. Now I have to track that down. Frustrating and put a damper on Christmas Day. UPDATE: I have changed my review because this Company has been very cooperative in resolving my issues. Excellent communication and followed through until I was satisfied. I think it would be a great May, but ours came with this slit on it. We are afraid it will pop when we tumble on it. I tried contacting them and all they said was I could patch it. I wasn’t happy with that response because I feel like I shouldn’t have to patch a brand new item and have to pay to get a patch kit. I tried contacting them back and I never heard anything. My daughter has been wanting an air track for over two year. Finally She saved up her money to buy one for herself. Most air tracks are extremely expensive but this one is not. Pretty price and awesome product. This air track is very durable and easy to use. Liked that it came with free E pump and bag, even though I think the bag could be a little better. My daughter is so happy now and is saving her money up again to get another one since it came with the velcro attachments. I bought a tumbling roll that was inflatable from these people. it doesn't work. First its only child sized, but even on the first day in never held its air perfectly. If it held air, great piece, but instead you get in-case-you-pop-a-holepatches, and honestly, I'm not interested in washing this oxygen pill in soap. Get dizzy. ... show more

The mat has been great so far! We bought it for our daughter for Christmas and she uses it almost daily. We always leave it inflated. She is in gymnastics and this is great for her learning her back handspring at home. Now for the bad. The pump that came with this seemed to be awesome. Only problem is we had only used it maybe 3 times and it smells like it burnt up and is now leaking air from it. Got 2 of the 10ft ones for my gymnast. Came with an inflator but didn't get a piece to attach the two. It is on order though :) He loves it! Just long enough (the 2) to do his round off back hand spring so we may be ordering another. Inflated easily and stays inflated.

The actual mat seems to be fine but I was horrified on Christmas when my husband was blowing up the mat and the pump caught fire. Our basement was filled with toxic smelling smoke and our kids were terrified. Very disappointed that we were provided something so dangerous.
