The ball is good for home practice but there's no way in the world it will knock down any pins in a real bowling alley. Mine came blue like a lot of other posts. I don’t mind the color but it’s not what I ordered. It does fit very comfortably with my fat sausage fingers as a grown man. Holes too big for children. Needed this for a project instead of a real bowling ball.

Bought this to use in our long, narrow ranch-style home hallway. Yes this is plastic, but the rubberized coating makes it fine on my hardwood floors. It rolls true. The finger holes are a bit large, so a child would need to use the two-handed method. Quality is good.

27/9/16 Tried at the bowling alley, the ball doesn't move to the end. Not suitable to be used at bowling alley. Bad choice of mine to have bought this ball, didn't realise it is rubberized ball.
