I bought this ring for my wife six months ago. The quality is terrible, and it isn't durable. By the way, I contacted the seller to ask why the ring we received differed from the one in their advertisement—it’s misleading. I plan to post a side-by-side comparison of the ring shown on their website and the one we actually got. My wife spent the day doing housework; in the evening, she discovered the stone had fallen out and was lost. She hadn't been mixing concrete or chopping wood—she was just making soup and doing the laundry. We searched the whole house with flashlights and a vacuum cleaner, but to no avail. I decided to contact the seller to resolve the issue. I offered to send the ring back and pay extra to have a new stone set, or to get a replacement ring by paying the price difference. At first, they even quoted me a price for setting a new stone, and I agreed. However, the correspondence dragged on with no result. I never managed to find out where to send the ring or how to pay for the work. I kept up the correspondence and waited patiently, exploring my options, but unfortunately, they didn't want to help. I got nowhere and received no concrete information. They sent me some warranty cards that were supposed to help, but the files wouldn't load; I couldn't open them to get the information, even after ten attempts. I wrote to the seller asking them to resend the cards and even provided my email address. Silence was the only response—no further engagement. I would highly recommend them.
