I didn't see the warning on the last page of the instructions saying to take great care bolting this chair together because of its aluminum panels until I had already stripped two holes in the aluminum. I will come back to this. But let me say first that this is a solid, heavy, attractive chair. It is surprisingly substantial and well made. The wheels have actual rubber non-pneumatic tires on them. I don't know what you do if they go bad. They're a unique design. But not being pneumatic probably means they will last a long time. The finish is a nice deep bronze. The parts are heavy. The wheels are placed over bushings in the axle. My wife and I are both impressed by this chair. But what is not impressive is the situation with four attachment points at threaded holes drilled directly into the aluminum arms of the chair. You are expected to drive an inch-long set screw into each of those holes using a conventional screwdriver slot in one end of the headless set screw. In essence, the set screw is a threaded stud which you screw into a hole in the aluminum armpiece. You then attach the chair's seat to the armpiece by aligning the exposed portion of the stud with a corresponding hole in the side of the seat and then you attach a washer, lock washer and nut, tighten and after all four holes are filled the chair is ready for the rest of the pieces. Well, I didn't know how far to drive the studs into the chair. I did it finger tight, then tightened up the nut at the other end. But apparently the stud wasn't all the way in and tightening the nut stripped both studs right out of the chair. There was enough (about 3/16 inch) thread left beneath where I had tightened the studs to that when I reinserted the studs in the hole and this time tightened them gingerly in the hole with a screwdriver, they stayed in place. But the chair will eventually fail there, and then I will have to decide whether its worth reaming out the hole and inserting a helicoil to repair it. Look, here's what to do if you get this chair. First install all the studs using a screwdriver. Tighten them until they start to get tight. Go beyond the point of initial resistance and actually get them tight--BUT JUST BARELY. Then install the parts and tighten the nuts over the lock washers at the other end of each stud not very tightly at all. If you do not do this YOU WILL STRIP YOUR PARTS AND LIKELY RUIN THEM. Put the stud in firmly but not tightly. Do not tighten the nut beyond just compressing the lock washer. In the end, I'm not happy with this chair because of this issue. It's just way too easy to strip the screw holes in the aluminum. Fortunately the majority of fasteners don't attach directly to aluminum, but eight crucial ones do and you MUST be careful or you will ruin your new chair. There should be threaded steel liners inserted in the holes in the aluminum. Really. Theres's no excuse for such an easily damaged product. But it is a very nice chair.

It's a lovely outdoor side table and requires little to no care. I have a dining table made of cast aluminum so knew what to expect. This little table isn't as polished looking as in the listing photos. The one I received is pretty rough having slag around the edges the basket weave top. Assembly takes around 15 minutes with the included one time use type tools. If you have a wrench or socket and flathead screwdriver it will go much faster. All your doing is attaching the legs. It has adjustable black rubber feet for uneven ground instead of using a matchbook or napkin. The powder coating is thick and durable, and since it's made of cast aluminum it will last a lifetime, we'll at least in the Phoenix AZ area. This is a sturdy solid table and you won't need to worry if someone sits on it. I'm 205lbs and am sitting on 8t while writing this review, it's solid as a rock. It's a great all around table and if they get the casting slag issue worked out in future production, this will be a 5 star table. I'm pleased with it. Hopefully this was helpful, Thank you!

It took me some time to assemble. There were no instructions at all, just wrapped pieces. It wasn't all that bad, but I needed to find my own wrench because theirs was too large and too thin soft and bendy and pretty useless. ON the other hand, all the parts seemed solid and the chair seems sturdy and it looks pretty. There are even little adjusting feet on the bottom so you can make sure it does not wobble. The chair is rather small. It is not exactly very comfortable, too, but it is not what is expected here The description says it is a set with a table and two chairs, but it is not, it is one chair, in case you were wondering.

This is a lovely chair, but I can't overly recommend it. We hadn't had it but a couple of weeks before the bolts started falling out. We tried to put them back in, but they won't stay. They're stripped out. It just falls apart too easily and doesn't stand the test of time. We moved it back and forth for mowing purposes, but other than that, it was just for lounging. It's also rusting at the bolt holes. Aside from those issues, it's not comfortable at all. It may go without saying, but you'll need some cushion to sit on. Even with trying to cushion it up, I couldn't get comfortable on it. My youngest son took it over and he did seem to enjoy it(with blankets and pillows), so he was disappointed when it was no longer useable. We plan to attempt to eventually fix it up enough to use it in one way or another(because it really does look nice), but we're disappointed in it.

Review for: ROIYEIER Vintage Chair Anti-Rust Outdoor Cast Aluminum Metal Furniture This chair comes in pieces and needs to be assembled. No instructions are included and the tools provided are substandard. For those that don’t know what order the washers and lock washers go in, you may stumble a bit but will eventually get the chair put together. I suggest getting a proper wrench or socket. If you have an extended socket in the right size, you will be done in no time. If not, you will get it but it will be pretty tedious. The chair sits nice and level when done and it helps that there are turn screws on the bottom of the feet for adjustment. I found that the back of the chair moves a bit when sitting in it and I hope that is not a sign that it will break easily. The seat feels very strong and capable. I found the chair to be quite uncomfortable due to the rose pattern on the seat. Do yourself a favor and get a cushion for it and it will work fine.
