I found these to be very easy to assemble with clear instructions and all of the necessary tools included in the kit. (We purchased the cushions separately from Amazon) These are very sturdy, and the included drink-holders allowed us to skip purchasing side tables, which may not seem like a big deal but it's a really nice feature in our book! I really love these lounge chairs. The packaging arrived in good condition and all parts were blister packed and easy to open. All the necessary tools were included and assembly was not difficult. The chairs are very sturdy and hardware is stainless steel. I am a full figured gal and I was afraid they would not hold my weight or I would be unable to get in or out of these chairs. This chair looks great. I am very happy with it's appearance and size. (I purchased it in white). As other reviews mention, it is a bit smaller than a regular sized lounger, but it fits me perfectly. I would definitely recommend a cushion as the frame is not super comfortable to sit in for long periods. My chair is placed out on our dock and has held up well through all kinds of weather--the white is still very white! Missing parts, and will see how Aokia responds to the email sent 24 hours ago to the address listed on their enclosed list - should parts be missing. Daughter put it together to surprise me yesterday so return will be extremely difficult now. The chaise is great other than the wheels and connectors missing and THAT is necessary because of my age and size - and it's very heavy! I bought the chair on a flash sale and could only purchase one. I am glad because it wasn’t what I was wanting. It’s smaller than my old lounge chairs and my cushions won’t fit. Other than that, it looks very nice. It was a bit of a pain to put together, but once you’ve done one, the next will be much easier. The sturdiness and quality were reflected by the price. The assembly was easy, just take your time and follow the directions. I build a lot of "kit" type furniture, and these were easy because all of the predrilled holes lined up perfectly.
