I have extremely dry skin and this keeps it moisturized and feeling comfortable during the day. I would caution against using this product if you're using a self tanner though - it caused my self tanner to crack and fade. I would highly recommend for really dry skin.

No puedo vivir sin ella es como mi mejor amiga, tengo una piel muy sensible y a veces tengo episodios de dermatitis atopica y esta crema es la única que me cura de todos mis males. Me mantiene la piel hidratada y la tengo que usar obligatoriamente después de cada ducha porque de lo contrario la piel me pica por lo seca que se pone. La acompañó con el jabón de ducha de Cetaphil de la misma línea de Eczema. Lo bueno es que por ser para pieles sensibles no viene con fragancia que te irritara la piel, así que puedes usarla en todos tu cuerpo ( menos en la cara para eso hay otros productos ) y el olor es neutral muy bueno, si eres de sensible a los olores también es para ti.

If you have hypersensitive skin then this is NOT for you. It sort of worked on my arm but made my face have more itchy rashes. To the trash it goes.
