Great sound from this little ball with a clock.. The bass is bassy in my 16x20 room and i have no distortion when at full volume.. clock brightness can be adjusted and speech recognition is excellent. I also love how Alexa is able to translate English to Spanish and vice versa to help me communicate with my friends. Only thing I do not like is that Alexa keeps trying to push music subscriptions on me and I have to keep saying no.. no means no Alexa.. lol Still, a great speaker and works even better by being able to link multiple Alexa devices together around the house and play music through all simultaneously.

I love this little Echo dot. I bought it for my bedroom mostly for the clock and also to turn on music for when I am cleaning my bedroom. You can also play all kinds of games with it, and it's also great for very curious people, like me, who think of weird questions to ask right in the moment you think of it. Like, if I wonder what the population is in Dublin, I just ask and get an answer. If my spouse and I are arguing over a celebrity's age or place of birth, I can just ask it and win the argument :) It's like having a talking encyclopedia or a know-it-all friend right in the room!

Bought for the master bathroom. It has worked as advertised and we really enjoy the clock. The speaker is not a super loudspeaker but works really nice in a smaller room. Don't think it would do well in a large room. The echo studio would be a better choice for larger room.

I have waking up problems and my old alarm clock would randomly not work so I got this and Ive been able to get up consistently ever since! I could barely notice it was refurbished, 100% worth the price

Old one stopped working and I needed a replacement. I was a little leary about a used product but this came looking like new and working as advertised. Couldn’t asked for more.
