I had these in my Amazon cart for awhile but the reviews on different brands had some complaints as far as mess/ crushing cereal/ staleness so I was hesitant to purchase but when I read the reviews for this particular item I didn’t see any of that so I gave them a shot. I just these received yesterday so I can’t speak to freshness yet but they seem to be well made with a good seal, very convenient and there is no mess or crushing. I feel like they make my kitchen look fancy, they catch my eye every time I walk in and I just really love the look. Most importantly they help my kid gain a little much needed independence in the kitchen because he is finally able to get his own cereal now, the lever is very easy to use while still being very secure. The seller also sent a follow up message regarding the satisfaction of the product so I can also appreciate the excellent customer service. If you are considering purchasing these, do it! You won’t regret it.

The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is food becomes stale very fast and doesn’t have a long shelf life in this container.

I'm so glad I chose this company! I love the style and ease of use of these dispensers. It is such a wonderful start to our cereal bar. We've had another name brand style before (with a twist knob) and it was not only loud but the cereal would get stuck and sometimes fly out of the dispenser making a mess. It just wasn't a good match for my daughter whom has sensory difficulties. One of the many reasons I'm glad I found this company. My daughter has autism and teaching independence is a big deal. She loves having the option to choose what she wants and enjoys serving herself. These dispensers are easy to use and they're quiet. We are also loving the bowls & spoons that come with them. On top of that, my daughter even helped me put the dispensers together which was super easy to do. And now she's enjoying restocking them when ever we run low. We did have a small issue with the white dispenser's spoon holder sticking and staying on, but once we informed the company regarding the issue, they responded quickly and sent replacement holders & adhesives out to us, and we received them in less than 2 days. Highly recommend! Great product AND great customer service. We're definitely going to be adding more to our collection soon. Hoping more colors will be added in the near future. Great Product. Great Price. I've seen basically the identical item at $49.00 FOR 1. This is 2 for $36.00. WORKS GREAT! Only thing is YOU SHOULD GET VELCRO TO MOUNT SIDE SPOON HOLDER. Double Sided Tape fine on Container BUT DOESN'T STICK TO RUBERIZED PLASTIC HOLDER. I have a large WIDE Roll of HOOK & LOOP TAPE. Put a SQUARE OF IT ONTO HOLDER. LET IT SIT OVERNIGHT THEN PUT IT ONTO CONTAINER AND LET THAT SIT OVERNIGHT. WORKS FINE. GET THIS PAIR OF CONTAINERS YOU WON'T BE SORRY. I USE OTHER CONTAINER FOR HOLDING "BOW TIE" MACARONI. When that is empty might put other type cold cerial in it. What a Pleasure NOT having to Fight Waxpaper bag in Cerial box. Open & reseal boxes. You might want to put 2 small washers under Scewhead of Screws Before attaching handles to eliminate slight wobble of handle and not strip plastic by Overtightening Screw. But really not necessary. Will definitely Buy Again.
