The product is great for my father’s psoriasis (which itches considerably). He has used the product in the past and would recommend it again. My complaint is in the shipping. I don’t know if the containers weren’t secured adequately or if they were exposed to excessive heat but they both came open in transit causing quite a mess to clean up upon opening the package, not to mention loss of a considerable amount of the product. ... show more

I love this product however the image attached is how it was delivered to me. I am disgusted. So you’re telling me in order to get a replacement I have to mail back this? Just to potentially get it delivered the same again! Whoever packaged this did a HORRIBLE job!!

Have had numerous packaging issues with this product from Amazon, multiple orders had to be returned for refund or replacement. Even my replacements were opened in the shipping container with contents spilled out. Decided to try ordering off Amazon but from the distributor directly (Hey Pharma) but no luck again. Soft plastic packaging and the product(s) were just loose inside and had completely emptied inside. Very frustrated, too bad, the product is great ! ... show more

    • Very good CeraVe product
I used this product for psoriasis over most of my body. It is a very good product to dry flaky skin and moisturize the skin. I did find it felt like a sting on the skin if used frequently. It has 2 percent salicylic acid.. I have fair skin that is somewhat sensitive.

I’ve been using this cream daily for years on my legs. I love the cream. However, this is the second shipment that failed in packaging as you can see from the photo. Sending it back and will just buy it at the grocery store.

    • Great product lousy container!
I love the product but the container could use some improvement. I gave up ordering this because the last two times I did it arrived in a box with the lid knocked off and cream all over the inside of the box! It needs a lid that screws on tight to prevent this from happening!

Great lotion for psoriasis. Helps to remove dry skin while providing moisturizing. Of all th heclotions I have tried, th his is my favorite.

This product is great! Only problem...I cannot always get it. Availability is hit and miss. But I need it for my plaque psoriasis and it is so convenient for me on Amazon. Guess it is very popular.
