I love this old favorite. Although it doesn’t “feel” like it is actually doing anything as you massage it on your face, it actually is doing a whole lot! My complexion has looked a lot clearer and felt smoother since I started using it again. I first tried this a few years ago and can’t remember why I stopped. But this is most appropriate for my skin now. You get a thorough yet gentle cleanse that rinses easily. It is fragrance free but I can detect a faint, nondescript “unscented” aroma. Overall this is great for sensitive skin. I use this in the evening but will admit I like something invigorating to wake up to, so my morning cleanser is Origins Checks and Balances in all its frothy, minty glory. I’m enjoying the results of using this- truly I didn’t expect it to impart such a smoothness and calm to my complexion- so I’ll keep buying it! It plays well with my skin care regimen and is a decent value for the price (I use it daily yet it looks like I barely touched it). I do wipe my face with micellar water before washing with this but it does remove any leftover traces of makeup. This brand is an easy go-to for any skin care concern that may arise but I do mix and match across brands without issue.
