I have been using this anti-acne face wash for the past month and have noticed a significant improvement in my skin. I have always had pretty dry skin, but rarely ever had acne throughout my life. I started having a bit trouble this year (in my early 40's). But traditional acne cleansers were so drying on my aging and already dry skin. I bought this because of the "protects skin barrier" claim. For the first week or so I had a bit of purging, but they were much smaller and went away faster than the they had been. I have oily skin and I suffer from hyperpigmentation, I also get some bumps around my nose when squeezed some white things come from. Since using this product it as been reduced. I have searched countless for a product that works for me and I was suggest this brand in The 2% salicylic acid.
