With menopause came very rough and bumpy skin on my upper arms, chest, and neck. I've tried EVERYTHING under the sun, spent a ton of money, and nothing has worked. I started using the CeraVe rough and bumpy cream about 8 days ago, (I've read it can take several weeks for results), and I started seeing a change, which was wonderful because I had zero results from hundreds, (no exaggeration), of other creams and lotions. I've tried oils by big brand name companies, argan oil, jojoba oil, you name it, and it didn't help the way CeraVe has. The other day I ordered this tough and bumpy body wash, hoping that combining it with the cream would speed things up. I'll confess, when the body wash was delivered I was a little annoyed by the size of the bottle for the price, but I remained hopeful. That night I took a shower and used an exfoliating sponge with the CeraVe body wash and OMG! My skin was so soft and many of the rough and bumpy spots were gone. I was ecstatic. I immediately put the CeraVe rough and bumpy cream on all the usual spots and by morning it was like I had new skin. Truly amazing. The CeraVe rough and bumpy lotion comes in large a tub that will last me several months. It's so rich and creamy that you don't need much to get coverage. And the body wash is ultra creamy so you don't need much to get a nice thick lather. I'm certain the body wash will last me a few months. Worth. Every. Penny. In addition to the richness of the body wash and cream, and the way it brought my skin back to life in 8 days, it has virtually no scent. I worry when I order bath products online because I'm not a fan of heavy or floral scents - they trigger my allergies, resulting in a headache. Both the CeraVe rough and bumpy body wash and cream have not given me one headache. I absolutely, without hesitation, highly recommend this CeraVe rough and bumpy body wash. In fact, I highly recommend ALL CeraVe products. This body wash is very gentle on the skin. It helped me when I had a very bad allergic reaction to another product which caused my entire body to start peeling. Well, this body watch was actually recommended by a dermatologist. I used it and it helped to relieve me of the Shedding skin slowly, but surely. Once I make sure that the skin would not result in any wounds, I actually use this with a soft exfoliating glove that helped me quite a bit. No more embarrassing peeling skin. I will forever be grateful for this product. It has a fresh clean scent, and there is no skin irritation

I originally grabbed this body wash after seeing it recommended on TikTok as a solution for strawberry legs. While I haven’t noticed much improvement in that area after consistent use over a few months, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how effective it’s been for body acne. Didn't struggle with body acne before, just had a few blemishes here and there. But since using this I haven't gotten any. It’s become a staple in my routine! 🌿 What I love: Gentle formula that’s kind to my sensitive skin—no dryness or irritation Subtle scent that feels fresh without being overpowering Lathers beautifully for a luxurious cleanse I use it about four times a week and it's made a noticeable difference in my skin’s clarity While it didn’t deliver on the viral promise for leg texture, I’d still repurchase for how well it supports my skin overall.
