Got this for my son. He loves and collects gumball machines. He can't eat gumballs, so we wanted one that dispensed something safe for him to have. He hasn't been interested opening the prize balls. He loves playing with the machine. He loves how it turns and makes music. He can play with this easily on his own. I would say this is a safe toy for most for indepent play (if you dont count the toys inside the prize balls). The only thing I would change would be a volume control on the toy. This is an adorable toy, and it comes with the batteries installed! The little wishes are very cute. One of the great features is that the plastic gumballs can be reloaded with small toys or candy so the toy can be used over and over.     • The Magic is in its Reusability - Great Product for Fun Rewards for Kids
Purchased this for my 3 kids (ages 7, 7, and 8). They loved the surprises, but the best part about this is that it's reusable, you can refill this with anything you want (cash, prizes, coupons, tickets, stickers, candy, etc.). We now use it for rewards and as an incentive. The kids love the chance to get a mystery prize for completing extra tasks above and beyond their standard responsibilities, some prizes are better than others and it has motivated them much more knowing they could end up with the best prize. As for the item, I was really happy that it came with batteries included and already installed. This is rare these days and I was glad I didn't have to pull out the tiny screw driver, track down batteries, and hassle with trying not to lose the screw. My girls love this! We use it as a treat at the end of the day: each of them gets a spin out of the gumball machine. The initial toys are fun, but the gumballs are reusable so we can reload little treats or prizes and keep it going. It adds a little charm to our evenings! The packaging wasn't tricky but took a couple minutes to open, so it may be worth opening and setting up the gumball machine before revealing it. ... show more

My daughter uses and re-uses the little balls that come inside. She will put her own little prizes in them or put the prizes that come with it in again. Shes used it every day since Christmas. Definitely a hit! I just wish it came with more prizes or a little baggy of more balls or refill prizes.

My 8 year old daughter loves it, and I think it would be loved even more by younger kiddos. The rainbow colors, lights, music (a sweet little tune, albeit, very loud…some clear packing tape placed over the bottom should fix that), squishies, stickers, and positive messages check all the boxes of her favorite things.     • Junk product and only allow 3 0 days for return
Bought for a Christmas gift. It broke the first time using it and only 30 days was allowed for return even though it was a Christmas gift and not used until Christmas. So the return window was closed and my granddaughter has no gift and I am out 35.00. Product is a piece of junk.
