This is my first juicer so I don't have anything to compare in terms of the machine. However, I have had lots of fresh juices and the juice that this thing makes is on par with what you get at a fresh juice bar. I have been using it for over a week now making beet, carrot, ginger, apple juice and the juice has been coming out quite lovely. The machine arrived unblemished in the original box. It is very easy to assemble, use, and clean. I'm not entirely sure what wet vs dry means regarding pulp but the pulp seems pretty dry to me. I did notice that the setting you use really matters. Setting 2 is too high for apples and it really will do away with your apples before it has effectively juiced them but that's operator error, not the fault of the machine. I tried juicing the pulp the first couple times I used the machine after having seen people do this on juicing videos but, outside of chunks of apples - which went away after I started juicing those on setting 1, I guess the pulp is quite dry because it does not produce anymore juice. The machine seems to run fairly quietly, especially compared with my neighbor whose juicer sounds like a plane landing. I mean, I wouldn't run it if there were a fussy baby sleeping in the next room but it IS rendering juice from root vegetables so I expect some noise. I am quite pleased with this machine. It is far more affordable than some fancier better known name brands and works for the intended job. It is also quite attractive, going with my red themed kitchen.

This juicer is great for the price. I love how sleek and shiny it is. It has different power levels which is great. I’ve been juicing for almost ten years and these tend to work great for me. This category as far as pricing and style. Easy clean. Easy put together. I use a trash bag in my small trash so I can just dispose the composte or use for the garden. Recommended buy.

This juicer is compact and perfect for my small kitchen. Cleaning is also easy. This is my "third charm" juicer. The first has an L-shaped discharge. I've given up on using it due to clogging. The second is a vertical masticating juicer, which is still suitable for softer foods but includes an extraction process to clean all parts. It won't work with harder foods like celery or pineapple, which can make cleaning more severe. This new product squeezes the most juice out of produce and expels surprisingly dry pulp. Example: Carrot pulp is like small orange slices. This versatile machine isn't just for juicing. The most important thing to me is how easy and simple it is to clean up after drinking celery juice every day.

Does this juicer work! Yes!!! A great starter juicer if you have never done juicing before. Pro tip, line the pulp catcher with a cheapie plastic bag for easy cleaning.

I purchased this item for the digital settings. The machine would not go to 5 for hard fruits/vegetables. I was able to get it to go to the 4 setting for Apples but it kept bouncing back and forth between 3 and 4. Then it would just drop down to 1 and wouldn't go any higher. I was able to juice 6 carrots, 3 granny smith apples (cut), 4 stalks celery and 2 inches ginger. In the first photo it made (2) 16 oz mason jars. The pulp was a little wet so I wanted to see if I could squeeze anymore juice out. Now mind you, I bought this juicer so I didn't have to squeeze through a milk bag. Lets just say in photos 2 and 3 you can clearly see I squeezed out almost a cup more of juice that I would have wasted. If I had more strength in my hands it probably would have been a full cup or more. The price was not bad but I don't want have to waste money and have to do double work. This juicer does not work like the description describes and will be going back! I don't recommend this item!
