- Installation Suggestions: Before installation: you need to drip a circle of lubricant above the circlip and wait for it to seep in, then rotate the clutch and turn it without any obstruction. After installation: when it is just mounted and start to run, you need to break it in 3-5 times to make the Clutch Shoes get enough friction. No-load operation until the clutch first engagement to keep 10s and then turn off the engine to cool down, after that load repeat the above operation 3 times, speed from 0 to extreme speed, each interval of two minutes to cool down. After that it is ready for normal use

When oil gets in the drum portion of the clutch it will cause excessive slippage, which means undue heat will be generated There are two steps that need to be done before installing the clutch:
