Well the phone is exactly what I was looking for but unfortunately I can't use it with my carrier Xfinity so I'm going to have to either try to find someone to buy it or return the product too bad the description says works with any carrier that's a lie

Speaker without using the base is difficult to access. you have to scroll thru the menu. Not loud enough without the speaker.

I could not connect this phone to the Consumer Cellular network in California. Since AT&T discontinued 3G, they now maintain a list of authorized phones, and apparently this is not an approved phone. Customer service was not able to register the IMEI number. Nice phone but it won't work for me. Returned.

I'm writing this review to warn you that this phone is not supported by AT&T. I brought it into the AT&T store so that they could help me, since my AT&T sim card was not fitting into it. They looked it up in their system, and showed me that it is not supported. So, now you know! The good news is that it's returnable. If you use some other service, this could be a great phone for you... but please, guys, don't write "AT&T" in the title of your product if it doesn't support AT&T!

So I got this for my grandmother it's easy to set up and easy for her to see who's calling and the ring is loud for her to hear it I had fun setting it up for her to the point I want one and the best part of the phone is the easy call you can pick your top people you call

Could not get this phone to work - took to a phone dealer and they couldn’t make it work either! Not 4G - dealer said most likely 3G. They went out on a limb for me and tried to get a 3G SIM card - couldn’t locate one. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT

This phone is supposed to not have access to the internet. The whole reason I bought this was to keep my daughter from having access to social media while she is grounded. I was looking for a phone that made calls and texts only. This phone has a web browser and access to Skype. Using the directional pad is less than ideal deal with the size of the keys. Or maybe they’re fine and I just have fat fingers. Either way, it was extremely frustrating to use and I returned it the same day it was delivered.
