It does change color!

This is labeled a concealer stick, but the listing description calling it a foundation stick is probably more accurate considering the size. It still fits well in a purse or makeup bag, but the rectangular chunk of product is bigger than any concealer I've ever used before. I did my best to cover a few blemishes with just a corner of it and I had some success. If you're just evening out slight discoloration this provides decent coverage. If you're dealing with a raised bump, it doesn't do much to mask that, but most concealer sticks don't so it's on par with others in its class. I was skeptical about the color changing effect as I've had bad experiences with that kind of makeup before. Sure enough, though, this one goes on clown white and quickly turns a nice light neutral that absolutely matched my skin. For concealer purposes I usually just use my clean finger to blend before covering with a powder foundation, but if using this for wider application the included brush is great for on the go makeups. I personally prefer separate brushes because I don't want to worry about accidentally waterlogging my makeup while cleaning a brush, but it is certsiy practical for travel purposes. I've only used this on small areas of discolored skin so far, but it did not seem to cause my skin any irritation after wearing it for a full day. There's no fragrance and this seems very suitable for sensitive skin. I do not typically use a cream foundation on my skin, so I can't speak from experience how it performs as a base, but it seems like it would provide a nice light coverage. It definitely helped improve the look of my slightly blemished skin for photo purposes. In a group shot with younger women my skin looked great and this product definitely played a part in achieving my desired look. I wouldn't use it without putting my regular powder foundation over it, but it works well enough. I will probably save this one for travel because the built in brush and solid stick make it an ideal carry on cosmetic.

Greasy, waxy consistency

I ordered this color changing concealer stick because I've recently become interested in color changing cosmetics. I have a good color changing foundation and hoped this would be the perfect concealer to pair with it. Unfortunately, it just isn't that great. The consistency is really greasy and waxy, so it feels unpleasant on my skin, which already tends to be oily. It does change color when you blend it with the brush, but trying to apply it is awkward and clumsy. The stick of concealer is really big and pretty fragile, so I accidentally chopped off a big hunk of it while trying to figure out how to get the cap off. Overall it's just not something I would want to mess with on a regular basis.

Blends Out Better Than It Looks at First

This color-changing concealer looks a little alarming on first swipe since it goes on white, but once you use the built-in brush to blend, it adjusts and melts into the skin surprisingly well. The finish is natural and lightweight, and it evens out redness nicely, especially around small blemishes or irritated spots. It’s not a full-coverage product, but it does enough to soften discoloration without looking heavy. What stands out is how comfortable it feels. It doesn’t cake or settle, and it layers well with powder or eyeshadow. There’s enough grip for under-eye setting or using it as a base on the lids, which makes it more versatile than expected. Too Shiny

CCBeauty's Color Changing Foundation blends wonderfully and color matches well for my variously pigmented skin. Coverage is good. It goes on smoothly and lasts a good while, so the quality is good. My only issue with it is that the "natural finish" ended up really shiny on my face. It looked like I was sweating which wasn't what I was going for.
