The blade holder fits well in the blue adapter for the silhouette cameo 4, and it locks in place in the machine easily. The problem however is that the blade drags across the entire page when it starts and goes back into place when it's done cutting each object. I've tried adjusting the blade to the smallest depth possible, but it still drags. The only way I was able to get it cutting properly was to adjust the blue adapter so it didn't go all the way down to lock in. I put the lock on the bar snugly and it works with the 45 degree blade like it should. ... show more

This little tool is so good. I mean you just have to experiment at first. I recommend getting any other thing that's engravable and just experimenting before you actually try that I'm a little kid can you text. These are very useful if you want to start like a business or sell them I made personalized ones and I actually sold them so this is a very useful toy you just have to experiment on your settings because every machine varies in my opinion I don't know but the settings Erica recommended did not work for me I had expired by my own settings ... show more

CB09 blades are said to void your warranty - but I don't have a warranty anymore so it doesn't matter. I havent tried to use it to engrave.

This comes with no instructions at all which makes it completely worthless. How do I use it? I have no idea! It has two separate blades and a gold tip, but nothing indicates what does what. I did not even plan on getting this blade until I came across this great deal for it on Amazon. It works great too! The first thing I engraved was a dog tag for my FiFi. I actually even used one of the tags that this tip came with. It came with 7 different tags and I chose the heart one for my puppy. It has a smooth finish and worked greats. Also, It is as simple as 1 2 3 to install. Anyone with a Cameo will be able to use this type of tip. ... show more
