Happy with purchase so far. Bought for a pool clock and can see time from 40 feet away. Functionally the clock is silent and keeps good time to the second. The black border was solid all the way around. Also liked that the back cover screws on and seala well. The numbers are bigger and bolder font than my previous 18” clock. I did some research before purchase. Comparing the face size (where listed) it is similar to other larger 18” clocks (you just get a larger/wider border). Beware of photos in other listings as some seem to enlarge the clock size. Others have humidity and temperature in insets. Couldn’t read them on my previous clock unless you were standing right in front of it. There was a couple cheaper 18” clocks. I purchased this clock to hang outside so that I could see what time it was while swimming in my pool. I am very happy with it. It is lightweight, looks very nice, tells accurate time, and is very easy to read. It functions well, is very quiet, and the battery life is perfect. Highly recommend!

I purchased this clock six months ago and it is already broken. I reached out to Caysie Store and they are sending a replacement since it has a two year warranty. I am glad they are doing right because I like the big face on it. We can easily see it from our pool to help us keep up with the time.

We have had ours since October and it is already broken. Just stopped working. Tried new batteries, still no luck. The second hand works, but the other two hands don’t move. Very poor quality!

The media could not be loaded. Update: I bumped up my rating to 4 stars. Seller was very responsive, honored the warranty, and quicky send a replacement. They also indicated they are investigating how to update the materials on the clock to prevent the damage that occurred (plastic melted in the hot sun, likely from the copper metallic coating). I should note, the clock was in full sun, and we had an extremely hot Arizona summer. We will see if it survives next summer! Original: I noticed the time was wrong and my clock needed a new battery. When I took it off the wall, I noticed the plastic covering had been warped by the sun, which is going to definitely allow water to get in. I changed the battery, and while I was doing that, the hands fell off the gear, and now just dangle. I've only had this clock for 4 months, and paid the higher price for this brand because it said waterproof and even in the description says weather proof. Definitely not a very solid product. I've contacted seller about the one-year warranty . . . hopefully I'll be able to get this replaced. ... show more
