am a fan of caudalie skincare, and I own multiple creams, serums and now perfumes or scents from this brand. I am a fragrance collector. I have many types of perfumes and fragrances in my collection that I love or I love to look at. The caudalie I have tried are very much the notes for me. I am a huge fan of the notes in this but more so in some other perfumes by the brand. This is the most powdery of them all. This is a wonderful fresh, clean scent with a strong powder that is not overpowering but dominant and takes over the more subtle notes. I pick up the iris, floral fresh elements which I like. This is a very feminine but more fresh out of the shower and powder puffed feminine. I am a huge fan of cardamom but I can’t detect it at all really. I can pick up on the musk, the fresh spicy. I have a feeling this is the one my husband will like even though powder is not my favorite, it is paired with the florals he likes. Sort of spring, more summery fragrance that is absolutely a daytime aroma. I love the way Caudalie is is fleeting and inoffensive but this one sticks stronger than the other two I have. I think this is subtle and not for bold heavy long lasting wearers. This layers well with Caudalie Light on my skin but not very well with The Vines Fresh. Caudalie Light is my favorite, and this powder Fresh also has grown on me. Light and this fresh together holds to my skin longer. I would use this before bed, or after my skincare routine to have a fresh feeling. This is a great calming aromatherapy to mist on, enjoy then have a light almost undectible but intimate sillage. This does have poor longevity, but the powder is sticking strong on the skin. I think this is a very safe work scent for offices that do not like lingering clashing perfumes. I personally like scents that I need to reapply, because sometimes I want to wear something different mid day or even sooner. This lasts maybe at tops 30 min, but there is a longer intimate powdery note left nose to skin for awhile after. I am a huge fan of grape, which I never would have been before I had a grape vine at my mother in laws home. I often took grapes home to process for homemade goods, and started to associate that smell with a happy feeling. This is not grape like the other two have, and its all iris and musk. My husband loves lily of the valley and honeysuckle, and rose on me so this is more his happy place aroma. The bottle is a nice weight with an attractive shape and color. This is the sort of bottle I like to keep in my refresher tray that I use as I feel like in the day. I love that I can go extra heavy on this after a shower or early in the morning. I can take in the scent, and then bother no one going out to do errands. I just small fresh like I just jumped out of the bath or shower. I think the price is affordable and reasonable. I like these more than body mists. They are a good introduction to notes, and a generally easy to wear sort of option. While it is not long lasting, I think the the value is in this being fleeting like deckled light that vanishes but is admired for a moment.

I recently tried the Caudalie Eau des Vignes Fresh Fragrance, and it has quickly become one of my favorite everyday scents. If you like light, clean fragrances that are not overpowering, this one really stands out. The scent itself is fresh, soft, and slightly sophisticated. It opens with a bright citrus note, mainly bergamot, then settles into a more elegant blend of iris and white musk. The overall effect is very airy and natural, almost like a clean skin scent with a subtle floral twist. It gives off that effortless “fresh out of the shower” vibe rather than a heavy perfume. One thing I really appreciate is how lightweight and wearable it is. This is not a bold, long-lasting perfume that fills a room. Instead, it sits close to the skin and feels perfect for daily wear, especially during warmer weather. It works well for work, casual outings, or even just as a refreshing pick-me-up throughout the day. The formula is also designed to be gentle and suitable for all skin types, and it feels more like a scented water than a traditional alcohol-heavy perfume. Because of that, it does not feel harsh or irritating, which is great if you are sensitive to stronger fragrances. In terms of longevity, this is where expectations matter. Since it is a fresh fragrance, it does not last as long as heavier perfumes. I usually get a few hours of wear before needing to reapply. Personally, I don’t mind this because it keeps the scent light and never overwhelming, but it is something to be aware of. The bottle is simple and elegant, very much in line with Caudalie’s clean, French aesthetic. The 50 mL size is also convenient for keeping on a vanity or taking on the go. Overall, I am really happy with the Caudalie Eau des Vignes Fresh Fragrance. It is clean, fresh, and effortlessly elegant, making it perfect for everyday use. If you prefer subtle, natural-smelling fragrances over strong perfumes, this is definitely worth trying.

Scents are personal so take my opinion with a grain of salt, however, this reminds me of a bathroom air freshener. The scent is clean, floral, and what makes it off-putting is hard to describe. As it fades, it becomes a bit more pleasant, softer, and workable. The scent has excellent staying power. Once it is on, it stays on the skin and clothes very well throughout the day. It would work as a daytime or evening scent in my opinion, but it is strong, so keep that in mind when thinking of your audience. Those with sensitive noses may wish to apply gingerly. The bottle has good looks akin to a summer fragrance.
