My case broke a few weeks after the 1 year mark of my warranty period. The side frame detached from the back panel. Unfortunately, Catalyst was not interested in sending me a replacement case and instead offered me a 30% coupon for a new case. As a customer, I'm sure all of us can relate to this. It is almost comical that the case broke so close to the end of the warranty period and the response from the company just does not make me feel good as a customer. Case was great. I love it to where i still use although the only thing i hate abt it is its yellow now. I tried cleaning it often ans recently ive tried the DiY soaking it in baking soda and liquid soap but it didnt work. I would love to get a new one but its too pricey
