I got this for my small older dog that just does not want to come in the house when its butt cold outside. I was losing sleep thinking about him outside in the cold (he has a warm closed in dog house that he sleeps in) but I still felt bad for him while I'm in my warm bed. SO I got one of these heated beds for him and we both love it. He stays warm and I get some sleep now. I really like the 12 hour timer i know when I leave for work he is still warm in his bed. He walked around with his back hunched up. Since he has been using this he walks around like normal. This is a great product we love it Thank you.

My cats love it once they realized what it was, now there's a cat on it all the time. There is a couple negatives, the pad cover attracts hair like a magnet, so I plan on making another for it. 2nd the temp/time controller works, but the display screen often is unreadable. I'm not sure what happened to it, it's in a safe place and was never dropped. I think it just stopped working properly. It seems to be putting out the proper heat and does shut off after 24 hours. I just can't always tell what the screen displays.

My cat has bad arthritis. He absolutely Loves his pad. He likes it on 105. I’ve had it now for a while and it stilll works great.I would however get a little cloth to lay over it.

I have an 11 year old chi and a 5 year old chiweenie and because living in Denver gets chilly, I got them this for Christmas! It’s been a huge hit. It’s big and great quality. Although they wouldn’t chew the cord, it does have a chew resistant cable which is cool. You can control the temp and set timers, which is my favorite part. It also seems super safe and won’t overheat with them on it, which gives me peace of mind while I’m at work! 5 stars from us!

I like the controls. They're easy to use and offer a variety of settings. However, the lowest setting of 80 is too hot for my cats (it works great for my neck and shoulder). They prefer the small 4watt pads by K&H even though there's no on/off switch. Those 4watt pads require the weight of the pet to begin the gentle, even heat - like many others here, I thought that the 4 watt pads weren't warming up until I put on under my feet & realized that they work well (once my feet were warm, my blankets were adequate without using an electric blanket).
