Everything about this carrier is easy to use, spacious and comfortable to wear (and comfortable for my cat)! It has everything you need to take your cat outside. I love the interior leash latch and so did my cat. It made me feel safe knowing she had a tether but could still walk around outside the enclosure. Pros: -supports the weight of my 18-19lb cat without any concerns -the expandable portion packs up neatly; the netting twists and zips into place while the fleece bottom attaches via velcro when in the down position and has a separate zipper to keep it in the up position while you situate the netting portion -carrier is more spacious than expected for my 20 inch cat Cons: -the bottom support board digs into your back when carrying the cat in backpack mode and is uncomfortable even for short distances -Carrier had strong chemical smell -the zippers on the carrier are counterintuitive; while both the front and back of the backpack come completely off, when placing the cat in, it was hard to zip up as you had to zip toward the floor and along the floor before zipping up to enclose the cat. My cat loves the Cat Backpack Carrier. I keep it set up by the back door and whenever I get near the door she climbs into the carrier all on her own and waits for me to zip it up and take her out with me.
