While I have not yet had a chance to secure the awning to my house, it seems like a very nice e product. Comparing it to the one I am replacing, which cost three times as much when I originally purchased it five years ago, it compares in durability, looks and detail. The linen color is more of a tan which I am more than pleased with given a darker shade weathers better than a lighter one. Yiubcannot beat the price.

Wasn’t sure at first if this would work or be sturdy enough . But this was very sturdy , easy to install, had it up in 30 minutes. It has performed very well. We are going to buy more for the other windows. Definitely would recommend this product, if you are looking for inexpensive was to cover doors or windows, with quality product. Only suggestion would be if they could add more colors to the choice that would be great . I have several out building I could use this with but the two choices of color wouldn’t match. Just a suggestion. Thank you.

Well, the awing is structurally fine, the directions are a bit confusing as to putting the poles together but nothing you can not work through. The main issue I have is with the stitching, seems loose and has a spot or two missed, the wife will burn and superglue the threads. Knocked 2 stars for the directions and stitching.

We get a lot of sun on this side of the house and this worked out perfectly. The instructions are bit unclear since they are not structured like other products but all in all you can manage with them. I did modify our install. We do not need the pulley system since we have bars on our windows and we wrap the rope then just tie it to the bars.
