These are exceptional oil paints. I tried painting a Color Wheel with these oils. The castle box came with a big range of different colors in small tubes. The colors are vibrant and are fun to use at a great price. I purchased this set along with other art supplies. Each item is sold separately. Some of the other art supplies I bought were: brushes, canvas boards, and an easel. I mean, I had to go to a craft store to buy things like paint thinner, gesso, and a palette board. I transitioned from acrylic painting to oil painting and I’m happy with what I learned. Art takes a lot of patience and time. With oil paints the drying time is 5x longer than acrylic paint. At first I thought my art was never going to dry but that changed later. They look nice on a canvas. As an artist, I think oil paints look exceptional, a creamy, buttery look that’s pleasing to the eye. Although I also use gamblin oils and the masters touch oils, I find that these brands are all similar. I wasn’t disappointed at all. Try them out! ... show more

Nice set, if you paint a lot you'll run out quick. I was able to achieve nice skin tones for my endgame poster paintings. Here's Captain America for an example.
