Love the strong fruity flavor. Smooth, not too peppery. At least that was the experience I got, when I used it in a Tortilla Española (Spanish Omelet). And, being a Picual olive, it's got a high cooking point so you can feel free to use it for oven-roasting vegetables, for coating chicken, salmon and other fish, for sautéeing anything - it's very versatile. Left only one other review in my life but this olive oil is simply delicious. I love olive oil and have searched for years for the ideal olive oil. Some are good, most are too weak or too strong and or bitter. This olive oul is the perfect balance. Mild, yet wonderfully tasty. Its like eating savory liquid flowers with the very essense of a whole perfect olive. So smooth, light, aromatic and heavenly. I love it in a salad or just on bread or crackers with a hint of salt.
