I received the stove without any paperwork. No use instructions. No warranty. No installation instructions. Nothing. I wrote an email in English to ALPSOBA and after two months I have no response. Not a peep. Today I finally got the very heavy stove out of the flimsy crate. One of the four legs is substantially shorter than the other three. See the picture. Since these are cast iron, there is not a possibility that it could have been bent in shipping. This is a manufacturing defect. This is not acceptable for a product this expensive. The ALPSOBA company is not to be trusted. I should have returned this stove when they failed to respond to my fist email. ... show more
