Now this is a burger press. Good heavy cast iron to hold down even the biggest of smash burgers. We use this press both indoors and also on our outdoor cooking pit. We use it for everything from burgers, to bacon, and even quesadillas. The best part of this press is that it actually has grooves in the press side. It makes the best burgers. We like to heat it up first before using it on our quesadillas and the grooves leave grill marks on them. Cleanup isn’t bad either with the grooves, they wash clean easily because it is a nonstick surface. Well made product that makes cooking even better.
