I followed the size chart and ordered large for my waist 33” . Fit perfectly below the waist. The 3” waist band is comfortable and has nice elasticity. Pouch to hold the boys in is well shaped and generously sized. Mesh like woven material provides good air circulation and I don’t feel stuffy in them . Well made with no flaws , loose threads or misaligned pieces . I’d rather not have the label prominently displayed out front but that’s a minor issue . This is a nice jock. The sizing chart is a little weird. I do not understand why Amazon cannot straighten out this problem. I have a 38" waist so I chose the XXL size wich fit very well, but It was a toss-up whether I got the XL or the XXL size not only due to my waist size , but the size of the pouch. The XXL jock has a very large pouch so I will let you to decide depending on how YOU are built, however, I am considering buying more due to fit, sizing and quality. ... show more
