This is a great case with a unique design. It’s very comfortable to hold but not slippery at all. It feels like it provides good fall protection and dent protection, but I don’t plan on testing it out. All of the buttons are very easy to press and the Lightning port and mute switch are completely accessible. The mic and speaker grilled are exposed and work perfectly. The front of the case extends in front of the screen enough to provide good protection but isn’t distracting and doesn’t obstruct anything. I’m using a full screen glass screen protector with it and they fit perfectly together. The back extends outward enough to protect the camera bump, too. The ring on the back opens and acts as a stand, and feels stronger than it looks. It doesn’t “glow” like the pictures indicate but it still looks cool. Surprisingly, the ring also works with MagSafe chargers, including the Belkin model that suspends the phone in mid air by the magnet (see pic). The magnet on the ring in the case feels like it grips the MagSafe charging stand stronger than the magnet built into the phone. The case also works with non-MagSafe wireless charging stands. You can’t really feel the ring when it’s not open, when you’re just holding and using the phone. It’s definitely well hidden. The case also comes with a polishing cloth and a set of stickers that my 11-year-old immediately stole from me. Those are nice touches. Definitely happy with this case. ... show more

I have owned a lot of phone cases. Many of them are highly rated, but often have design flaws that I don’t like about them. However, this company got the xase perfect. The case is a tinted translucent material that looks expensive, and has a great texture on it. Not overly smooth and slippery, just the perfect amount of grip to it without making it feel overdone. I absolutely love this phone case! I have had another brand for years that has a loop on the back for easy holding but it was not magnetic for the new chargers. This case is magnetic and has a loop to hold. The loop can also be use to hold the phone up. I love this case.

So the case is pretty solid but after a while the kickstand won’t fully go back into the case. Kickstand pops up a little now and it makes it quite troublesome to put in pocket. Also lanyard attachment is pretty weak. My lanyard got slightly tugged while it was connected this phone case and the holes ripped. Still a great case just slightly disappointed at the quality of those two things about the case.
