UPDATE: after posting this review, I was surprised to receive a private message from the company. They expressed their apologies for any inconvenience I had endured due to the performance of their product. They offered me a refund - but I was traveling at the time and did not reply immediately. After another a couple of more days, they sent a second message, offering me either the refund, or, a new case for my phone. I had just purchased a case for my phone and didn’t need one, but I thought I’d give them a chance to show me their current product. I got the case a week ago, and I have to say, I was impressed with the improvements over the previous case I had purchased. The button areas match up perfectly and work SO MUCH better that my previous case! The case is sturdy in the hand - they sent me the case with the colored band that goes around the edges of the phone. This material is actually more comfortable and easier to hold than the all-clear case. The performance is far improved over my previous casekoo clear case. I dropped it on the concrete and it held up well - and still looks great. I would like to add, that I bought a screen protector and a lens protector from another company. The lens protector is a full square that drops over the entire lens assembly. It fits perfectly with the case that they sent me. The new case I had just purchased did not fit on the phone with my lens protector in place. Overall I am surprisingly impressed at their customer service follow-up and follow-through. PREVIOUS REVIEW: I bought this around a year ago, and after about six months, the case turned yellow, and it’s just been getting worse. Also, the place for the buttons on the side of the phone don’t really work very well. My previous clear case from a different company worked great, this does not work well - it is a struggle to push the buttons every single time. I didn’t have the bandwidth to deal with trying to find a new case, but I’m looking now, and I will not buy from this company again. ... show more

My old clear case was insanely yellow and gross, so I decided it was time for a new one. This case is really sturdy and came packaged really well. They give you free stickers and a phone stand, and the case comes with a protective film that you peel off. The sides are kind of grippy while the back is slick, so it doesn’t slip from your hands.
