Yes, it takes a bit of effort to remove the case... but that’s what you want from a solid protective case, in my opinion. (An easy way to remove is to push the case back on one of the corners and then apply pressure to the back of the phone with your finger—the case should then easily pop off.) I completely LOVE this case. The design looks so pretty and fancy. Even though when I bought it I was a little bit indecisive because of the “waterfall” which made me afraid of it breaking, I now see that it’s very durable. One of my favorite iphone cases! The confetti falls nicely and doesn't get all lumped together. But my case came with one pretty sharp or ragged edge and already scraped on the side.
