Got the twinkle case after a lot of debate on whether it was too sparkly for a 33 yo…it’s so beautiful and fun that I don’t really care anymore 😆 I have dropped it a few times unfortunately, but the screen has stayed protected with the lip. There are some scratches or scuffs along the edges where it has hit the ground, they only bother me in a sensory aspect when I feel them but you would have to be looking for them to find them. I love casemate and originally had the less sparkly one with my gold/champagne colored iPhone and it was so beautiful I loved it, only reason it got replaced was I ruined it by accidentally setting a cotton ball with nail polish remover on it and scuffed up the back ... show more

As you can see by the picture, the glitter is not dispersed well. There are various spots where you can just see portions of the phone. Defeats the purpose of paying for a pretty case, if it is like this. I submitted it for return, but forgot the item in my car when I did other returns, and now it is too late. So I am stuck with a $30 case that isn't worth even a few bucks since I won't want to use it. The missing glitter annoys me, and I am disappointed I can't see to get in touch with the company. I can't find a way (even on their Amazon store) to ask if I can still return after the window, since I didn't use the item except to try it on and try it out for a few minutes -- and seeing the missing areas of glitter (and not liking the hard grip area either). That being said, there no real grip to the case. It is hard, obviously... But the grip area is super hard and made marks on my hands/fingers after just a few minutes of use, and that makes it hard to hold. Just in the little bit I tried it out, I felt like I had to hold my phone SUPER tight - like it would slip out of my hands. So that made me nervous, considering I just got a brand new 12 Pro Max a few days prior. I had ordered this case because it would come overnight and was adorable!! It arrived, but was a disappointment in regard to the design not fully covering the case as it should (and the grips not being helpful). I almost think I would have kept this as a back-up case, had the glitter been dispersed well, because it looked great!! And could have used the case as needed (or if I wanted a swap). I almost thought I could get used to the grip - because I was used to years of the rubber grip sides. But, it felt it wasn't worth keeping since I paid $30 and it was not made properly. I just hope I can get a hold of someone in the company, because I inadvertently missed that return window, and as an avid Amazon shopper, they just lost my business since I can't seem to get in contact with them after missing that return window for an unused item that was NOT MADE PROPERLY!!!!!! ... show more
