You might want to know (or measure) the overall thickness of your camera before buying this case. I have an older Nikon Coolpix S8000 that still works like a champ and I wanted to find a hard case for it. Granted, my older model camera is 1 1/8" thick (powered off, lens closed), but it still fits in the bottom part of the case with only the bezel part of the lens sticking above the zipper line. Problem is, my Nikon AC adapter is 7/8" inch thick. And when I try and put the adapter in the mesh pocket of the upper part of the case (as shown in the primary product photo), the case won't close with the camera inside. The camera used in the primary product photo is clearly a prop because you can see how it is thinner and falls below the stitching line in the lower part of the case. Are digital cameras REALLY that thin now?! The product details say this case will accommodate a camera that is up to 2.2" thick with the charger and USB cable... NO WAY! If you had a digital camera that was 2.2" thick, you could probably fit JUST the camera in the case... but there's no way that you'd be able to get an AC adapter and cable in there, too. Anyway... I'm going to keep this case because I like how durable the hard shell is. I can get my camera and the USB charging/data transfer cable into the case, but as far as my AC adapter goes... I'll just have to keep that in one of the inner pockets of my suitcase when I travel. ... show more

I thought this product would be able to hold my camera and battery charge but unfortunately no. The canon g7x iii can fit but just not with the charger so just a heads up for that.
