Got this for my daughter so I wouldn't have to continue to pay for checked luggage. I researched a ton of carry on bags and finally decided to try this one. I got it navy blue. This is a great looking piece of luggage. She used it for the first time this weekend. It was perfect. Plenty of space for her things and rolls very smooth. I hope it lasts her a good bit but time will tell. Very happy with this purchase.

This is a great suitcase at a great price. I bought it to replace one I recently lost. However, I ordered a NEW 20” CARRY ON sized suitcase. Amazon sent me a REFURBISHED 24” CHECKED BAG sized suitcase. I live in NYC, don’t own a car, and now I have to get this huge box to a UPS Store?! And now they don’t have the 20” suitcase in stock anymore. There is no excuse for flubbing the fulfillment and logistics so flagrantly, and then making it my responsibility to do the legwork to send it back. I’ll just go to T. J. Maxx for luggage from now on. Very unhappy right now.

We purchased this luggage to comply with the size restrictions for airline carry-on luggage. It is light, durable and holds more than we anticipated. It held up well as a carry-on on several flights and plane changes. The wheels roll very easily. We attached our own luggage lock and did not use the built in one which seemed a little difficult to read. Overall very pleased with this purchase.
