I contacted this company to communicate my frustration and ended up going through a series of emails having to repeat the same points with them prior to writing this review. Most notably, the product arrived without instructions and seemingly having been used before. It therefore required my bringing in professional help that took twice as long and cost twice as much. The netting on the cage is not tight enough without repeated extra zipties (and buying two additional nets from the company) to prevent hard hit balls from flying through. The cage is really more for cricket than for baseball and therefore also required an additional net to serve as a backstop for missed pitches and foul balls. We've gotten it to a point now where it's useful and could have made for a better review. But the steps it required, the total cost, and the lacking customer service has made 3-stars the best rating I could share. ... show more
