Really love the unique design, color, and construction of this suitcase. Definitely comes from a Chinese brand called ‘Mixi’ don’t know why it’s being sold under ‘Hanke’. Either way, it rivals and even surpasses the quality of some Samsonite cases I’ve owned in the past. I love that it’s made of hard aluminum instead of polycarbonate like other suitcases. The wheels are crazy smooth and there’s a solid amount of storage space for a carry on. The handle also extends quite far which is nice as I was worried this suitcase would be too short for me. The outer coating is actually more of a matte hard plastic instead of glossy which is cool too because I thought it would scratch easily. My only gripe is that I wish I could just fully remove the middle divider as I don’t plan on putting my electronics in my suitcase. The zipper also takes some getting used to since it has to be in very specific positions to fully open/lock. Regardless, very happy with this purchase, can’t wait to travel with it!

Really fab little carry-on! Loved the quality, the durability, and sturdiness--I did actually sit on it a few times and felt totally secure. It got a few scuffs when it had to be gate checked but most of them buffed out with the included sponge; a little scrape on an edge happened but to be honest I expected waaaaaaay worse. The handles and hardware are smooth, the zipper held up even when it was stuffed and a bit askew (my packing fault, not the item). Lock worked well too without any fussing. Really pleasantly surprised and would consider buying other sizes. The only hitch was that in some overhead bins I had to move it to a corner, with the wheels positioned towards the center of the overhead otherwise the bin wouldn't latch (if the wheels were towards ends of bin). It happened three times and worked when positioned that way so I don't think it was a fluke (both domestic and international overheads across 7 legs). It was a bit wide/tall to carry on top of a checked bag but I did manage it a few times, it would be nice to have a hook or strap or something to stack if ever desired but that's just a nice-to-have, in all other aspects it's overall a great bag and I'd take it for chicness/looks on quick trips over my all-time standbys of Travelpro.

It's built well, will return due to accidental abrasion right on the front, top presentation. A few expectations that weren't met: The coating to be a touch more matte (btw how was that scuff made ;}) or slightly less egg shell. The aluminum banding to sleekly open the case (front access only, like a big tub); The red detailing to be a sexy Ferrari red with how the design is. The wheels especially are more of an orange. Very disappointed since I'll likely choose another color for this sleek mod tub of a trolley (I'll mourn the see-through wheels!). Edit 2024: I kept the return. Still looking good and holding up well.

I love this suitcase. Small but deep so it hold a lot. I bought it so I don't have to open my entire carryon to get my laptop. It's sturdy and good wheels so easer to manoevre. It's not light weight but neither is it heavy.

This is my new favorite piece of luggage. It's small enough to be a carry-on, and can fit clothing, toiletries, and two laptops. It's very convenient for me because I bring two laptops with me everywhere (for personal use and work). The clothing compartment is deep enough to bring a week's worth of clothes. The color I chose is so pretty (light green). It rolls like a dream. The only thing I noticed is that is does dent easily, but since that doesn't bother me much, it's not really a bad thing. It's easy to wipe down if it gets dirty. I really love this case.

I use this as my mobile office rather than a suitcase to get around campus. It rolls fine & holds my laptop, lunch, books, folders, planner markers, etc. the only complaint I have is the handle is not centered in the middle. When I have to lift to get in the car or up a flight of stairs, it’s off balance.

I didn’t realize how inconvenient a clamshell suitcase was until I used this one with a top opening. It can be put on a suitcase rack in a hotel room, and if you need to get something out of it while in the airport, you don’t have to find 4 square feet of space and then open it up for everyone in the airport to see your underwear that fell out of the elastic belt. The extra pocket on the front is also super helpful. On top of that, the wheels roll so smoothly that it is a pleasure to push beside you. Fingers crossed that it lasts.
