I was concerned about the sturdiness, smaller size, and quality of "air" in this device. Due to a lack of space I could not get the large table that I wanted. Seeing the "carrom" label brought back childhood memories of Johnson's baby powder spread liberally across a square board and I was concerned this would be carrom's version of hockey. So far, this Carrom Air hockey table has been awesome. It is not tiny, the air works, and it is strong enough. My kids love it so much I am thinking of sending another one to my nephew. I see that other reviews comment on the lack of automatic scoring. It seems that the company chose to add to the quality of the materials rather than add scoring,which is how I prefer it at this price. If you are looking for a table for adults, this may be too small, but for kids trapped inside on a rainy or cold day, this game sure beats sitting in front of the tv or playing in grandma's medicine cabinet. ... show more

My children love this game. It was a favorite item under the Xmas tree. I like it because it is easy to store. We just stand it up the long way and lean it against a wall. The manual scoreboard is nice too because LED scoreboards always end up going. We usually play on the floor but we were able to play outside on a table at an outdoor party. The particle board was crushed on the bottom and the slot for the puck on one side has an ugly hole as the board chipped off while unpacking it. Quality was not what I expected for the premium over other boards. The fan works fine and the game works okay. It should have been packed better to prevent the boards breaking. ... show more
