I cannot emphasize this enough—DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on these glasses. I’ve now purchased TWO pairs of these Carrera glasses, each costing around $400, and both have been absolute disasters. The first pair worked well for about 4 months. I used them daily as blue light blockers for work, especially during Teams calls. At the end of each shift, I carefully mounted them on the charger—same process, every single day. Then, one random day, I put them on the charger and got a blinking red light. No matter how I tried to adjust them, clean the contacts, or remount them, the red light persisted. For $400, I expected more than 4 months of use. But here’s where it gets even worse—I returned the first pair under their 1-year warranty (thankfully). I figured I’d give them another shot, hoping I just got a bad unit. BIG MISTAKE. The replacement pair came dead on arrival. Right out of the box, I mounted them on the charger, and guess what? Same blinking red light. Out of the box! Completely unusable. At this point, it’s clear that this is a design flaw, not a fluke. For a premium price tag, these glasses should function without constant headaches. Instead, I’ve had two pairs fail, with one pair lasting a mere 4 months and the other being DOA. Meanwhile, I’ve owned $50 glasses that have lasted years and performed just as well for blue light blocking, microphone, and sound. Do yourself a favor and avoid these overpriced paperweights. I regret ever giving them a second chance, and you’ll save yourself time, frustration, and money by steering clear of this unreliable product. If I could give these less than one star, i absolutely would!

I have gotten a lot of compliments on the look of my glasses. As for the performance, they have been great except for one thing. The audio in the left speaker became distorted after a year of use. While searching for a solution, I saw other owners have had the same issue with the left speaker. I was able to return them for a replacement, but am concerned this may happen again after a year, and Amazon may NOT give me another free replacement. I still have my generation one echo frames and have had no problem with them. The only reason I upgraded is because the gen 1 only gets about 2 hrs continuous play. I paid $400 for these as I got them when they were released, they are now under $300. I do love them. I wear my gen 1's at home, and anytime. I leave the house, I wear the gen 3's

I purchased the Echo Frames a couple weeks ago and have been loving them. I’ve bought blue light frames before but never really stuck with wearing them… until now. I work remotely and sit in front of my screen for 8-10 hours per day. They are saving my eyes but also helping me be more productive. They connect to my laptop and I’m able to take calls and zoom meetings using the built in speaker. My husband also works from home and we can be near each other but he can’t hear my calls. Pretty amazing. I love being able to turn on and off lights in other parts of the house. I also set timers and reminders throughout the day using the echo frames. Easy to set up. I like that they come with a wireless charging stand. Highly recommend!

Frames are quality made, light weight, and stylish. Many compliments with the is new design. Also, the sound quality has improved from the second generation Echo frames to the third generation, which these are based off of. Longer battery life and easier adjustment to the frames around the ears.
