The bumper was well packed to protect it, wrapped in bubble wrap and a soft black cloth ,BUT was scratched in two places and the top corner was bent at the bumper cover holes. What good dose it to well wrap a scratched an bent bumper ? I was able to repair it but was really unhappy to receive it that way. Was really unhappy with the shipping it got delayed twice and had to work late hours to get it install before we left on our vacation. BUT what do expect when it was shipped FEDX the worst shippers in the country, they are pitiful and I have troubles with them every time some one ships with them, not to say where they left it on delivery did not even know it was here four hours, finally found it. guess he did not know what a front door was. I will say it dose look nice and am very pleased with the final results, but to much bull crap to get it that way. DO NOT GO BY THE PICTURES ON THERE SITE THE BRACKETS IN THE PIC ARE NOT WITH IT, JUST THE BUMPER!!!!! ... show more

Good bumper for the money. No flaws in the chrome, fit well, had to use some of the old bolts because the new bolts that came with the bumper were to big, but that was no big deal. the bumper itself doesn't look the worst, but the problem is that between the plastic and the chrome it doesn't fit together as well as the original bumper, maybe the holes are there on purpose to allow dirt and salt to settle there in the winter, because the bumper wouldn't last even a year and would have to be redone order a second one. I don't understand how someone can sell something like that!!!! ... show more

Perfect fit. Looks great. Super easy installation due to the bumper coming with brand new hardware. I had to cut down two bolts because they would not clear the spare tire under the bed of the truck, 2003 Dodge Ram SLT.
