Not sure why I waited so long to try these. I will not go back to another set these are so nice. Cook great and very even heat distribution. The clean up so easy. The detachable handle was the best invention ever. I have not had any areas rusting or loosing their non stick coating , they are scratch resistant and I have freed up an entire cabinet because these are stackable and save also much space. I ordered these crème, I was a little nervous worries the color would get stained or dirty. They are still just as shiny and clean!

I am SO impressed with this Carote pots and pans set! These pans have completely elevated the cooking experience. The versatility is unmatched — being able to move a pan straight from the stove to the oven and then to the fridge has made meal prep and storage so much easier and less frustrating. Whether I’m searing, baking, or just storing leftovers, this cookware can handle it all. The non-stick surface is truly non-stick and the heat distribution is incredibly even, which means no more hot spots or uneven cooking, yet another frustration of mine. The sturdy, yet lightweight design makes them easy to handle, and the aesthetic fits perfectly in my kitchen. UPDATE: Carote customer service reached out to me and quickly offered a solution. Their willingness to help and the fact that they fixed the category of these pans is what makes me give them a higher rating. These are NOT ceramic coated (look at “materials” in “product details”). This is misleading being under the “ceramic detachable” category. They are simply nonstick, and I learned after purchasing them, unfortunately. So keep that in mind. Other than that (to me, big issue) they seem good quality. They’re pretty lightweight and look good. Color is also not pure cream, as described. Mine is white with very noticeable red specks. Kind of weird, in my opinion, but it doesn’t look terrible. They do save up a lot of space with the removable handles, that’s very nice. I would not repurchase. Price point is extremely high for it being standard nonstick coated and for them to not accurately describe color of the product.

I have been loving these. We’re a family of 5 so I cook in bulk for leftovers. I can just pop the handle off and put the pot right in the refrigerator! They clean really easily, no staining or discolorations. I have a glass electric stove and I do have to be careful when moving it around since the bottom has sharp edges. It gets hot quickly so I only turn the heat to 3 and it is hot. They cook evenly. They’re very lightweight which is nice! I’m going to get new cabinets this summer and these will be perfect for drawers! I wish I could buy individual pieces from this brand though, I’ll continue to look for places that sell individual pieces so I can keep adding to the set, it would be nice to have more lids.

I am thoroughly impressed with the quality. The cookware feels sturdy, heats evenly, and the nonstick coating works beautifully, making cooking and cleanup a breeze. The media could not be loaded. I was goin back and forth with the reviews, as I have gone thru several sets lately trying to find ones that don't turn black on the inside looking over used and dirty. I have a gas stove so finding the right set is obviously challenging and I Love to cook. I decided to give this a shot and I am pleasantly surprised for a few reasons.. I didn't think I was goin to like the detachable handle as I've never experienced it before (which takes some getting use to but super easy). My only concern is how long they will last after being put in to clean bc of the springs. The color is beautiful and the set looks so far to be worthwhile. Easy to clean and does go in dishwasher (which is plus for some of us). I wasn't sure how sturdy the handle would be with a big pot filled with soup and moving it but it has held up well so far. I haven't tried the oven and truthfully don't really plan to I have a Dutch oven for that stuff. My one and only thing is I wish that they sold some pieces separately with different sizes and flatter cook pans as well, then this product would be top cookware.
