Our dogs love laying in this, especially at night. The cord is super sturdy so it’ll be hard for the dog to chew through if that’s what they do. The outer layer is so soft and love that it has a zipper making it easy to wash. So happy we got this.

It is much cheaper made then picture shows. I felt it and you can feel the heating wires inside and was thinking I would not want to lay on it. My feral still likes it and has been on it since day one. The heat is what is attracting him in this 30 degree weather.

My dogs love laying on heating pads during the winter months. I was excited to get this one and it does seem quite soft. However, even on the hottest setting, it barely gets warm and I am being generous by saying that. The other settings don't even provide any heat. This is going in the trash.

The build quality is good and the fabric feels very nice. The wire is contained in chew resistant covering. Big plus that it's removable to wash...our last one had to be thrown out because it wasn't washable. It gets nice and warm on the highest temperature, I am not sure I'd use it on the lower temps though. I do have two complaints though, it has a power supply and it does get warm...waste of heat. Not sure why it needed a DC power supply...maybe its safer for animals...but I've had several animals chew through the wire on normal ones with no casualties yet. I don't like the idea of a transformer plugged in outdoor in the weather. I did deduct a star because the 24 hour timer is forced. On all our other blankets it's optional. Kind of annoying to turn it on every day. Otherwise, great blanket and cats love it. ... show more

I thought my dog would love this heating pad. He loves laying on my bed when I’m using mine. The heating pad is well-made. It’s very soft and comfortable. It has three different heat settings. I placed it on his dog bed but he absolutely refuses to get on the bed when it’s there. I’m not sure what his reasoning is but he wants nothing to do with it. I think this is a great product if you can get your dog to use it. It’s also waterproof and you can use it outside. If you’re looking for a affordable way to keep your dog warm this winter , check this out. I gave it a three star rating because he refuses to use it. This pad is super soft and gets comfortably warm. My old dog stays on it all night. Pay attention to dimensions as a grown golden retriever won't look that small on the pad as it shows in the picture. My lab curls up on it, and it's a good size to cover most of her bed.
