Purchased this skate board for my 15-year-old son as a birthday gift , The kid literally has everything so I decided to upgrade his standard board.. It’s been about 3 weeks and he’s just starting to get the hang of this board, which is very durable and Very stable. The colorful gripping material on the top is very well done, totally designed to last! All of his friends are in love with it, and want one for Christmas.. this board is just absolutely gorgeous, pictures do it no justice whatsoever! battery Life is impressive! it can run for about an hour on a single charge, and charges super fast! and for beginners, 10 miles per hour is very fast. The 3 speeds are very helpful especially when you’re not used to this style skateboard.. To my surprise, it climbed a good size ramp, but did use up a good portion of the battery life. It’s glides very smooth, gives a lovely ride. Very well constructed!! It was very easy to figure out as well.. the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Overall I like this product very much! It’s very, Very nice!! Totally worth the money! It’s Super cool!

It was a Christmas gift for my 10 year old and it was amazing until it was time to charge it. It will not charge fully. And the little bit it does charge, it does quickly. Very disappointing as this was her “Big” gift.

We bought this skateboard and at first it worked great the kids absolutely loved it. It's fast and fun. Unfortunately it quit working shortly after we bought it. It was a just so we had it a while before we gave it to our kids so once it quit working it was showing too late to return. We reached out to the company. They were great to respond and after a few short tricky shooting attempts they quickly offered to send out a replacement at no cost. Great product, company and customer service!

My daughter used the skate board for about 6 weeks and loved it. After that the Skateboard would not charge. I have been back and forth with over the past 2 months and they have been no help. They asked me to send them video of what was happening and I did that. They believe there is a problem with the battery and said they would send me a new one about a month ago. Still have not seen the battery. Even if I do get the battery not sure how I am even going to change it since the skateboard is sealed up like a cell phone. It is not like I just pop the cover off and change out the batteries like the they are a couple of "AA" batteries. Skateboard was great, my daughter loved it when it worked, now she is just sad that her gift no longer works. The seller/company has been giving me the runaround and no help the past 2 months. I get 1 off's happen, however, the service to resolve the issue has been horrible. I feel like I am begging them for help and support with the defective product they sold me, and they are dragging their feet, giving me the runaround, hoping I will give up and go away. ***Update - been working with customer service now for over 3 months. Have been promised a replacement (which I am good with) have not seen it. Have been promised a refund and have not seen it. Worst company and product support I have ever experienced. Buyers Beware!

I'm not a skateboarder, second time in my life being on a skateboard and I will say this is the most stable board I have seen. The battery life last really long, I spend about 2 hours playing with it. I love that I have the ability to control my own speed and also break. It can also be used manually once you become a great skateboarder. The weight isn't that bad, I think it weighs about 6-10 lb. Quality and value is actually cheap compare to others I have seen on here. Overall, this product is amazing, working on my turns and cores. Definitely will recommend this product for childrens.

It was a good product to ran well and the speed was good but the battery ended up dying and not recharging, so I would definitely recommend to get the protection plan so if this dose happen you can get your money back
