However, it is beginner friendly and goes beyond that since you can control the speed. pros: It is a quality product that offer a smooth ride. The rough surface allows me to be stable riding it for the kick start and while breaking to stop. It is fast and a ton of fun. Charge last long enough for me. Handle to carry it is handy. However, strictly last mile. It needs to be charged after 2-3 miles of usage. I may have been under the impression it could go up to 14 miles. It is more like 4 miles max. Good speed, fine manueverability. Doesnt go up hills well. ~~~~~~~ Aug 3rd update. 3 1/2 months later and the battery has died completely. It last less than 100 battery cycles, maybe a total of 160 miles. Very disappointing! Looking for a new commutor board already...

I just started using electric skateboards this year. I found it pretty easy to use this skateboard after a couple of trials, and the long length and width made it easier for me to balance myself. By the way, if it is your first time riding a 700W skateboard I would advise you to start on the "low" option as the thrust on "High" is pretty powerful- you will see the benefit of this on hills. I am very impressed with my electric skateboard's performance, especially given the price. This product is definitely paying the value. I commute to my classes and this make a 20-minute walking trip into 5 minutes. The battery takes about 5-6 trips to get from full to empty which does the job for me. I also like the fact that you can choose the speed of your skateboard. It also comes with a compact fixing set which can sometimes come in handy. The handle on the skateboard makes it easier to carry and also prevents you from getting your hand hurt on the non-slip deck.

This company is impossible to get customer service. iWas very excited when I ordered this E board and waited for over a week. When it arrived it was 3/4 charged and ran smoothly until the battery started getting low. I left it to charge for about a few hours and the battery was even more dead. The charger says it’s charging or green. But it doesn’t charge.Now I’m left with a dead skateboard and I can’t contact the company for help. So sadly I have to wait another week in order a different skateboard from a different company and return this piece of ..... I wouldn’t recommend. It was fun while it lasted for five minutes

I bought this skateboard to ride around campus. I received it and I am extremely happy with the result. I use it on low until I get used to the speed and maneuverability of a longboard. It takes hills better than I expected and the brakes work very well. That being said I completely destroyed myself because I hit the break to hard. I was originally going to get a boosted board but didn't want to pay $1,400 for it. I saw this as the best value for the product. If you do decide to buy the board. Be careful on it and try to get used to it first. Put it on low because high takes a lot to get used to. I'm 6' 4' and 160 and it handles very well. Thank you, have a great day!

i was riding my board into town and the front wheels hit a small indent in the ground and immediately caved in and snapped the front bracket and in turn flung the board to the side and the rear wheel snapped off completely i’ve only had this board for maybe a month and i used it to get to class and back

The board is well made. The battery life is very poor compared to other boards in this price range. I purchased the board may 17 2023 and by Sept 1 2023 the battery life has pretty much gone to nothing. Maybe 1 mile. When new my son was getting a realistic 8 mile range out of it. Now he is a small frame 55lb kid and we live in a flat area with no inclines. (Update to review) the seller contacted me and sent a replacement battery free of charge. So far the board has performed much better and battery life has been stable about a month. So the customer service was very good and they communicated with me with every step . So I will say the company backed the product.
