I was a little skeptic on getting this BUT I'm so glad I did. If you're looking for a fun and new hobby to pick up during quarantine, this one is a blast! Once you find your balance and groove you are good to go within a few minutes. I have been using this all winter and now going into spring, my excitement only grows. The battery pack underneath the skateboard can get wet when riding over puddles which so far has been fine for me, but I suggest and advise you keep your board dry and wrap it in a towel after every use! The remote comes with a low medium high speed switch, you can feel the change in torque when you're riding. Speed is perfect for cruising the neighborhood and parks, 12 mph is accurate when on high speed. I weigh 215 and this still carries me very well. The only downfall is, I wish there was more battery power in the remote! When the remote and board are both fully charged, the remote will die faster than the board. The battery power in the remote shifts when changing medium to high speed. I keep the speed on high and can get about 30 mins of ride time before I have to switch to medium to conserve battery. Overall, I love it. I look forward to charging my board every day - about 2 hours of charge time or less for full battery. I now ride twice a day for an hour/hour half! Also the board comes with attachable lights which are optional for your board. Hope this helps! ... show more

Got this for my sun and he loves it. I use it too, and I must say it's a cool electric skateboard. Fully charged in two hours. Per description, its battery can run for 8 miles. I can't accurately measure to verify that specs. But we used it extensively on a two day camping trip without the charger - we forgot it home - and it still had some juice left at the end of the trip. And, in case there's no battery left, the board is fully functional just like a regular skateboard. The two handle cutouts are nice to carry it or to hang and store it. The wheels are also replaceable for different set that suit your riding needs and styles. The remote is responsive and simple, make it very easy to control the board. The media could not be loaded. I bought this as a gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it. I had previously purchased a different brand but he was too heavy for the skateboard. He is approximately 250lbs and can ride at a pretty consistent speed on low setting. The video shows him riding on the medium setting. ... show more

I saw a few eh post about this board so i thought after a bit then I will post and honest review and we’ll it’s alr tbh but after like 5 or 6 months later it began to have some small issues like I would be going on medium but it would start slowing a little the all of a sudden going fast which was alr since I had been riding it for some time( and yes the bord and remote was charged) but still was a bit confused on why it was doing that since it never did before but that’s alr for me but one thing that I really didn’t like about this was the remote it felt very cheap quality so I was a bit taken aback but I didn’t care that much but then the speed control would get stuck on brake and speed sometimes and would be hard to switch in between which was a safety concern and I even had a few instances were a car would be coming my way and I wouldn’t be able to stop so I would have to jump off but then my board would just crash and get chipped which didn’t really look good. Over all . Safe 🫡 not really . Easy to ride 🙃 gotta practice a little while holding something but yea sure . Quality 😶 remote horrible but u can buy a new one which is like 21$ the board is alr but the wheels could have been better designed so it’s meh . For beginners😵 HECK NO but if u do decide to get this as a beginner than make sure to wear a helmet and some knee and elbow pads. . Worth the money🫤 sure but no bec when I got it it was like 289$ which with tax added about to 300$ So I would expect the quality to be a bit better and wouldn’t expect it to have problems in less than a year sooooo……. I’ve had the board for about 6 months now and it’s not worth it. When I first got the board it was fine for a week then the axle snapped. The customer service was helpful in replacing it. My main disappointment with this purchase is the the battery life and motor strength is terrible. I’ll charge the board overnight and after riding for 10 minutes the board randomly dies. If I try to use high speed you can kiss your battery goodbye because it drains it so quickly. Don’t be cheap and just get a more expensive one with better mileage by the charge. ... show more
