Quality seems good. I wouldn’t recommend for rugged wear but it is very good for everyday wear. On a rainy and/or windy day, it serves well as a layer of protection to keep dry and to buffer wind. Fits true to size. No too loose but relaxed fit enough to wear a sweatshirt or something thick. I'm 6'2 and got the Tall so the extra sleeve length is nice! The hood pocket is big and fits perfectly over a hat bill. Great jacket!
