Ok. It looks nice coming out of the box and the bag it all comes in is nice. I'll give it 1-star for that. I give it zero stars for the stethoscope not working on one side and for the total lack of instructions on how to disassemble the unit to install replacement parts or for even explaining what the parts are for. I never did figure one of them out. Also, I used to have a BP cuff unit that was very similar to this one, but I don't remember it being so cumbersome trying to manage the cuff, the gauge, and the pump at the same time. I think the tubes coming out of the cuff were positioned differently than my old one. As you may guess, this unit is on its way back to Amazon for a refund, but if I were you, I wouldn't buy this in the first place. ... show more

Bought for my daughter. When we received it, the listening part was the small side. Which she didn’t like. We were going to return it, but she discovered she could switch the smaller side with the bigger side. So we kept it. Working well, however not sure about accuracy. Thought it would be a good kit for myself as an EMT student but I decided to send it back and get something a little nicer. Might as well learn better by spending a little more money. Better for me in the long run plus the tubbing to the cuff tore the moment I inserted it. I didn’t even press that forcefully. Wasn’t a great start and the stethoscope is pretty bad and with how important that is I decided to spend a little more on a semi decent one that I’ll use as a backup eventually when I invest into an even better one. I can hear really well with these but the ear piece broke the first week I used it. The scope piece became loose and I just screwed it back tight and that was fine. Good stethoscope just need it to be more sturdy.

Learned to take BP with this. Obviously pretty standard and cheap. Worked just fine and I never struggled to hear the heart beat or use the cuff. After getting used to taking BP anyways.

I bought this and could not hear the person's pulse when taking their blood pressure. I recently bought another lower priced set and had the same issue. You get what you pay for. If you are using it for the health of others, which is really the only thing it is used for then I suggest you invest in a pricey high quality set with an excellent reputation. ... show more

Air bladder coming out of the sleeve after about 10 days of use. I have to repeatedly try to put it back in, and because it twists around inside the sleeve after oushing 8t and trying to flatten it back into place, I'm not sure it's even accurate with readings now.

Look we purchased this because the EMT in our group needed one for doing vitals. But I think it gets more use as a prop in our role-playing. Earpieces are uncomfortable, but everything works fine.
