Built to take on the elements, these men's bib overalls are water-repellent, wind-resistant, and insulated. Made from Carhartt's strongest cotton duck with a double layer at the knees and reinforced kick panels. Built with ankle-to- thigh zips and all the pockets you could want. 12-ounce, 100% ringspun cotton duck. Quilted nylon lining for easy on and off; Polyester insulation for midweight warmth. Carhartt-strong, triple-stitched main seams. Cordura® kick panels. Adjustable elastic suspenders for a personalized fit; Zipper fly. Double-layer knees with openings for adding knee pads and cleaning out debris. Ankle-to-thigh leg zippers with storm flaps and snap closures. Metal rivets vital at stress points. Multi-compartment bib pocket with zipper closure. Two large lower-front pockets. Two reinforced back pockets; Hammer loop on the wearers right leg. Replaced legacy style R41.

I was worried about the sizing so I went to the Carhartt website for their overall bibs size guide. Glad I did because the regular length would have been too long. Got the Short Large and they fit well. A little too big even with a hoodie sweatshirt on top and jeans but the length is good. The legs have a zipper and snaps for ease. The sizing threw me as they ran different than the regular overalls, not listing length but in the past I had purchased 38/32 in regular overalls and for the insulated I got Large. They fit nicely.

My husband is 5'11" and wears a 36/32 is normal jeans. I sized up to a 38 and they were a snug fit. Id recommend getting at least 3 sizes bigger than your normal jeans size to have them fit. No stretch at all so the fit firm part is correct!

I bought a Medium Long. I'm 6'6, 190 and wear a 34 waist 36L in Carhartt pants and all my pants. Fits well. If you are any bigger than that, get a large but I wanted them as tight fitting as possible. I can easily wear them over a pair of thin EBauer pants and wear a t-shirt + long sleeve thermal + hoodie under the straps and down to my waist no problem. Awesome bibs. I'm 6ft, 210lbs, "athletic build" and bought the Xl Regular based off the Amazon recommended size chart. It was waaaay too big in both width and leg length. I could almost fit 2 of me in them. Exchanged for a LG Regular and will update once they arrive.

    • Pockets not deep enough

Front pockets aren’t deep enough . Top front pocket has a Velcro seal pocket instead of the snaps and it’s not deep enough . Suttle changes that I wasn’t expecting that cheapen up the brand . Likely not built to Carhartt specs. knock off possibly !
