I'll start off by mentioning I am 6ft 5in tall and that pants that fit in length are usually more difficult to find. I've tried the Duluth stretch firehose pants and they were always too short and almost double the price of Carhartt. I'd recommend buying a waste size up (I went from 32 to 33w) because over time they do shrink just a little so minimize high heat drying. These are my go to pants after switching from Duluth and my only complaint is that I can't get them in a 38 length but the 36 gets me by without looking too much like Urkel. I wear these in an industrial environment with lots of grease and oil and they have held up very well. I have yet to have ripped a pair even after snagging on sharp metal. Even after getting oil stains on the khaki colored pairs, they usually wash out without issue. I'll continue buying these as my go to work pants and recommend them to anyone.

Low ride cargo pockets, awesome fabric

Really love the fabric. Thicker material but not too stiff like other Carhartt pants. Exact fit, generous room in crotch area and just flexible enough to move easy in! Don't love the cargo placement, the bottoms ride around the knee area, making walking with tools a bit clunky and not comfortable with weight. The side vertical pockets are great though, deep enough for wrenches to not slip out when laying under the tractor or car, I use the pockets alot for a quick spot to hold tools. Color has stayed rich through 5 washings so far. I find myself reaching for these pants more often then my other cargo work pants. Overall these are the best cargo pants I have.

These are great pants, but beware; if your junk likes to hang low at all or you like to wear your waist line around your upper hip. you will not be comfortable. I believe these are low rise, as is the trend these days. Not an issue if you like that style but for those of use old fashioned folk it's unfortunate. I'd honestly recommend you try on a pair in a store first.
